Summary
1870-1879: Jacob was born to Jakob Seidler & Anna Regina Lang in Bessarabia Province, Russia, which is now Moldova.
1897-Nov-15: Jacob married Carolina Becker in the Kischinew district of Bessarabia, Russia.
1898-Sep-04: Daughter Adele was born in Neu-Strymba, Bessarabia, Russia.
1898-Sep-09: Daughter Adele died in Neu-Strymba, Bessarabia, Russia.
1899-Jun-17: Son Wilhelm was born in Neu-Strymba, Bessarabia, Russia.
1899-Jul-18: Son Wilhelm's birth record contains this death date, but that doesn't make sense since 4 years later he immigrated to Canada with his parents and brothers.
1900-Jun-01: Son Philipp was born in Neu-Strymba, Bessarabia, Russia.
1903-Mar-07: Son Johann was born in Neu-Strymba, Bessarabia, Russia.
1903-Jun: Jacob, his wife and 3 sons were living in Neu-Strymba, Bessarabia, Russia.
1903-Jul-02: Jacob, wife and sons Wilhelm (4), Philipp (3), and Johann (4 months) left Hamburg, Germany on the steam ship "Pisa", destination Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada.  Jacob's brother, Robert, and his family were also on this ship.
1903-Jul-14: The family arrived at Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada, with final destination stated as Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada.
1904-Nov-24: Homestead Entry for NW-16-22-6-W2, R.M. Cana No. 214, Saskatchewan, Canada.  4.3 km south-southeast of Melville.  It is marked as Patented in the register.
1904-Dec-31: Daughter Antonia was born at Melville, Saskatchewan, Canada.
1906-Jul-09: Canada Census with wife & daughter Nina at 16-22-6-W2, R.M. Cana No. 214, Saskatchewan, Canada.  4.3 km south-southeast of Melville.  It is strange that the three sons are not with the family for this census.  They would have been aged 7, 6, and 3 years old.
1906-Nov-17: Daughter "Babolina" was born at Grayson, Saskatchewan, Canada.  She is named "Pauline" in the 1911 census, then is not in any census after that.
1907-May-10: Possible death of daughter "Babolina".  Saskatchewan Death Registration Number 369, says that "Barbara Seidler" died on this day, but with no location or any other information.
1908-May-12: Daughter Elizabeth is born in Killaly, Saskatchewan, Canada.  She is referred to as "Katie" in census later.
1910-Jun: Daughter Susan was born, as stated in the 1911 census.  Her Find a Grave memorial, though, says she was born 1911-Mar-08 at Melville, Saskatchewan, Canada.  She is the only child born to the family in Saskatchewan who has no birth record found.
1911-Jun-01: Canada Census with wife & 5 daughters at 22-6-W2, R.M. Cana No. 214, Saskatchewan, Canada.
1911-Aug-31: Homestead Entry Application for NE-14-25-25-W3, R.M. Chesterfield No. 261, Saskatchewan, Canada.  9.5 km south of Eatonia.
1912-Dec-10: Jacob Seidler & the Evangelical-Lutheran Peace Congregation wrote to the Department of the Interior asking how he can give parts of his un-patented homestead for a church and a graveyard.

1913-Mar-21: Daughter Carolina Alvine was born at 14-25-25-W3, 9.9 km south of Eatonia, Saskatchewan, Canada.
1915-Mar-18: Daughter Sophia was born at 14-25-25-W3, 9.9 km south of Eatonia, Saskatchewan, Canada.
1916-Jan-14: Land Patent Grant issued for cemetery & church.
1916-Jan-21: Application for Homestead Patent Grant for NE-14-25-25-W3.
1916-May-18: Daughter Maria/Mary Eva was born at "Cornfeld", Saskatchewan, Canada.  She was likely born on the farm like the last two children.  The birth record says her name was "Maria Efa", but in census she is always "Mary".
1916-Jun-01: Canada Census with wife & 6 daughters at 25-25-W3, R.M. Chesterfield No. 261, Saskatchewan, Canada.
1918-Mar-20: Homestead Patent Grant for NE-14-25-25-W3.
1918-Jun-09 or 11: {Need documentation} Jacob died while digging a well in Cornfeld, R.M. Chesterfield No. 261, Saskatchewan, Canada.  He was 39-48 years old.
